The venue’s maximum capacity is 80 guests. Seating is included for up to 56 adults. For children’s events with the Play Arena add-on, children’s seating is also included for up to 20 children.

Yes! We include slightly distressed white wooden rectangle and round tables with beautiful cross-back chairs for up to 56 adults. Our tables look beautiful without linens and pair perfectly with simple runners, giving your event a polished look while helping reduce extra rental costs.
To help each weekend celebration feel polished, personal, and photo-ready, weekend bookings include a $500 minimum enhancement selection. This can be applied toward décor packages, Play Arena access, balloon styling, curated rentals, or other event enhancements.
Absolutely! In fact, we specialize in creating custom celebrations. Décor packages and add-ons can be customized to fit your theme, color palette, and overall vision. Custom rentals and decoration enhancements are available upon request.
The Play Arena add-on is ideal for children aged 6 and under, and includes access to the bounce house, playscape, jumbo ball pit with slide, a play attendant, and children’s seating for up to 20 children.

Business rentals are available for photographers, content sessions, meetings, workshops, and creative use. Please inquire for special business pricing and availability.
Yes, you may bring your own decorations. You are not able to tack, tape or pin any decor to the walls, furniture or fixtures. We also offer in-house décor packages and enhancements for guests who want a more seamless, styled experience.
Your booking window includes your setup and event time. So we recommend planning your décor, catering, and vendor arrival times within your reserved rental window or you may add additional time as needed during booking.
We offer a virtual tour so you can explore the space, view the layout, and get a feel for the venue before booking. Because Stay Social also operates as an indoor playground during the week, the space may be arranged differently during daytime hours, with event tables and chairs removed. The virtual tour provides the best representation of the venue styled for celebrations.
Yes! Post-event cleanup is included with your venue rental. Guests are responsible for removing trash from surfaces, personal belongings, outside décor, food, and any items brought into the venue. Keep in mind that this must be done during the reservation window, additional time may be requested during booking.
Yes. Outside food and drinks are welcome. Our kitchenette includes a mini fridge, cooler, microwave, and ice maker.
Yes, light alcohol such as champagne, wine, and beer may be served at private events. Hard liquor is not permitted unless a licensed bartender is present. We’re happy to review alcohol guidelines with you during the booking process.
