How do I reserve my date?

Select your celebration experience, choose an available date and time, complete the booking form, sign your agreement, and pay the $500 reservation retainer. Once completed, your date is officially booked!

Is the $500 payment the full cost of my event?

Accepted Answer

No, the $500 due today is your reservation retainer and is applied toward the celebration package you select. Your remaining package balance, applicable sales tax, and any selected enhancements or upgrades will be invoiced separately after your final selections are completed.

When is my remaining balance due?

After booking, we’ll guide you through your final selections and any enhancements you’d like to add. Your remaining balance will be due 4 weeks prior to your event.

Can I make payments toward my remaining balance?

Yes. Flexible payment options are available, so you can make payments toward your remaining balance before your celebration.

Can I choose my own theme?

Absolutely! You can choose from designs we’ve created before or share inspiration for your own vision! Your inspiration guides the theme and style, while your selected package determines the scale and level of detail. Additional customizations are available and can be quoted separately based on your vision.

Can I add enhancements after I book?

YEs! You’ll have an opportunity to select additional enhancements and upgrades during the planning process, subject to availability and applicable deadlines.

Can I bring my own food and cake?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own food, cake, & beverages, or use a caterer. Our kitchenette is available for prep and serving needs.

Can I bring additional décor?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You’re welcome to bring any additional décor you’d like. We just ask that nothing be taped, tacked, or attached to the walls. Any décor you bring must be set up and removed within your reserved celebration time.

Do I need to set up or clean up?

Accepted Answer

We handle the setup and cleanup of all venue furnishings and décor included in your selected package. Any outside décor or personal items you bring will need to be set up and removed within your reservation window. We also require that trash be disposed of.

Can I add the Play Arena?

Accepted Answer

For celebrations where little guests will be attending, the Play Arena Experience can be added for $500. It includes a Bounce House, Ball Pit, Playscape, Kids tables & Chairs, and a Play Hose.  It’s a popular addition for keeping younger children entertained while the adults celebrate.

Can I add extra time to my celebration?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Additional celebration time may be added based on availability and must be arranged in advance. Extra time is subject to an additional fee and may not be available on dates with back-to-back events.
